A crossover set with Avatar: The Last Airbender will be releasing November 21st, bringing beloved characters, settings, and moments from the show into the TCG world.
As usual for Magic, this set will release with a selection of boosters, bundles, and boxes, most of which will be available to pre-order here at The Game Collection.
Master The Cards' Bending Mechanics
Some Creature Cards in this set include the ability to bend an element as part of their actions, resulting in turn outcomes unique to this set.
Airbending
Controls the board by exiling permanents, and lets them be cast for (2) instead of their mana cost.
Waterbending
Allows artifacts and creatures to be tapped to pay for a Waterbending mana cost.
Firebending
Quickly and aggressively adds R mana to themselves for easier activation of abilities or spells.
Earthbending
Allows land to be turned into a 0/0 creature with haste, with counters then added depending on the card. When the creature dies or is exiled it'll go back to being a tapped land.
Bending styles is the key to transforming Avatar Aang! An incredibly powerful card if your deck can accommodate for him.
Chances To Learn First Hand
Prelease events will be scheduled at games stores from November 14-20, for those wanting a chance to try out the set. Magic will also be hosting previews from October 28th on their social platforms.
