Order Dispatch Timeline
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be processed the next working day.
Seasonal Delays
Please note that during peak periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, shipping delays may occur due to a higher volume of orders. We strive to process all orders promptly and prioritise express orders in the event of delays. Any delays in dispatch will be clearly communicated at the top of our website.
Pre-Order and In-Stock Items
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock items will be shipped immediately and the pre-order will ship inline with our despatch day for that particular item.

- No PIN = No delivery - Parcel cannot be left safe or with neighbours
- PIN not received? Check your email/SMS and contact details at checkout. Driver can resend to your registered mobile/email
- Going to be out? You can reschedule via DPD app or contact TGC Collectables. Or you can share your PIN with someone trusted at your address to receive on your behalf
- Missed delivery? Automatic re-attempt next working day
- 2 failed attempts? Parcel returns to TGC Collectables (re-delivery may be chargeable)
