Contract Creation and Electronic Ordering
We want your shopping experience to be as simple and smooth as possible! Here’s how it works:
- Placing Your Order: Once you’ve chosen your products, click the Confirm Order button at the end of checkout. Don’t worry – our website will guide you every step of the way.
- Order Acknowledgement: After placing your order, you'll receive an email confirming the details of the products you've selected. This isn’t the final confirmation yet.
- Dispatch Confirmation: As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll email you to confirm it’s on its way!
- Order Completion: Your order is officially confirmed when your items are dispatched.
In rare cases, we may not be able to accept your order. This could happen if:
- The item is out of stock.
- Payment authorisation couldn’t be obtained.
- There’s an error in the pricing or product description.
- You don’t meet the eligibility criteria outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
Age Restrictions
We take age restrictions seriously to ensure compliance with BBFC and PEGI guidelines. Any age-restricted product will have its rating clearly displayed on the product page.

When purchasing digital downloads, please note:
- Digital downloads fall under a unique category in consumer regulations.
- By completing your purchase, you agree to waive the 14-day cooling-off period. Once your digital code is delivered, cancellations are no longer possible.
