Disney's venture into trading card games, Lorcana, is now into it's 9th set after two years of running. Fabled as the set is called, is now in stock on our store, here's what you need to know about it!
The set is themed around popular main Disney characters, like princesses and Mickey Mouse, with both new and reprinted cards making up the set.
We currently have five items available featuring Fabled cards, a Collection Starter Set, Starter Decks, and an Elsa themed gift box!
An Ice Box?
The gift box contains 5 booster packs of Fabled, a new Elsa - The Fifth Spirit promo card, and a storage box with three dividers. It isn't the first Elsa themed gift box for the game to release, but it makes complete sense with how big Frozen was and still is.
Ready To Play
There are two starter decks released with this set, themed around Ariel & Mulan, fan favourite classic films, and Max Goof & Powerline from A Goofy Movie. Both are full 60 card decks to help you get started playing the game, including an additional booster pack, paper playmat, damage counters, tokens, and a rulebook.
Princess Power, the Ariel and Mulan deck features Amber and Sapphire cards, and is themed around royalty and royal characters.
The Max and Powerline deck, named Standout Headlines is built around Emerald and Ruby cards, with 20 brand new cards based on A Goofy Movie, and numerous musically themed cards.
Start Collecting
The Collection Starter Set is more aimed towards collecting than playing, featuring 4 booster packs, a promo card, storage portfolio, and collectors guide. The portfolio is Mickey Mouse themed, about as Disney as it can get!
