The Pikachus - Pokemon TCG 30th Celebration

When we first hearing details about this set there were a few cool notes about the contents of booster packs. Firstly, every card will be foil - that's cool - but also that every pack contains a Pikachu! There will be 30 unique Pikachu cards of this category to collect, and now a month out from release, we've seen a handful of them!

These three were unveiled immediately, featuring illustrations from OKACHEKE, Yuu Nishida, and Atsuko Nishida. Already the art styles and settings are so varied among them. These cards really could be Pikachu doing anything!

This illustration had a lot of attention when it was revealed. It was drawn by Ken Sugimori, the original Pokemon artist, and fittingly is the first Pikachu in the set numerically. This Pikachu is chubbier than what we're used to seeing now, more like it's original design!

These three feature illustrations from sowsow, Akira Komayama, and Shimaris Yukichi. I have a feeling they might be trying to make these as cute as possible.

This one by Shinji Kanda is surrounded by flowers! Maybe it'll terastallize to grass?

With these three from Rianti Hidayat, akagi, and Nurikabe, 19 of the 30 Pikachus have been revealed!
